31 year old Nicole Sullivan of Perry accepted a plea agreement in the criminal case against her entering a guilty plea to a single count of Attempted Assault.

Sullivan appeared in Genesee County Court this morning for a Huntley hearing, however she accepted the deal before the hearing commenced.

She was arrested in June of last year for crashing her car into a tree off of Fargo Road in Stafford and abandoning her passenger who was a disabled person who had been injured.

Following a drug related arrest in Wyoming County, Sullivan’s release was finally revoked after she was again arrested in September for trying to steal $700 in phone cases from Walmart.

There was no agreed upon sentence cap for Sullivan’s deal and she could be looking at a possible 1 ½ to 4 years or 1 to 3 years behind bars with up to five years’ probation.
