It is our first real feel of winter cold, and winter is still more than a month away.

Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio is back behind bars. 
At a court hearing yesterday she argued that she didn't have to pay for her court ordered alcohol monitoring bracelet. 
A judge quickly remanded Astacio to jail without bail until Monday.
Astacio accused the Judge of illegally incarcerating her for a third time.

Governor Cuomo is calling on Western New York Congressman Chris Collins to vote against the GOP tax plan. 
Cuomo said if the bill passes, more than 200-thousand taxpayers Collins represents will pay an average of about 25-hundred-dollars more. 
Collin’s district includes all of Genesee County.

A public meeting is set about Batavia’s big winnings.
The Downtown Revitalization Initiative Planning Committee will hold a public meeting to introduce city residents to the program.
The City was awarded a $10 million prize to advance downtown revitalization.
The first meeting will be November 14th at 4 in the afternoon in city hall.
