A Le Roy man has been charged with harassment and criminal mischief. 30-year old Robert VanDyne is accused of being involved in a domestic dispute where he allegedly grabbed a woman’s wrist and twisted a cell phone out of her hand and then broke the phone which prevented the woman from calling 9-1-1.
44-year-old Bradley Crandall of LeRoy has been charged for Drunk Driving and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. Crandall allegedly hit another car in the LeRoy Tops Markets parking lot. Then after he apparently realized what he did, because two customers saw him allegedly move his car to another parking spot.
22-year-old John Cabrera and 26-year-old Rosemary Waters were arrested in the parking lot of Batavia’s Tops Markets. The two are accused of using a rock to smash the window of parked car in order to steal a purse. If you remember Waters was also involved in an incident at Kmart this week and charged with false impersonation, petit larceny and criminal trespass.
