 A Town of Alexander man is in big trouble and it all started with a traffic stop in Batavia. 25-year-old Nicholas Antonucci of Broadway Road was stopped in the city when police found out he was wanted on warrants in the Town of Attica.They were felony charges for allegedly stealing four wheelers and dirt bikes in the Attica area. Antonucci is now in the Wyoming County jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.His pick-up truck has also been seized.

37-people have a date in court following the Eric Church concert at Darien Lake.
30 of those were arrested at the concert last night for underage drinking.

A New York state senator is pushing a bill he says would hopefully help students from getting burned.  
Senator Michael Gianaris says his bill would change state education guidelines that currently prevent students from applying sunscreen at school unless they have a note from their doctor. 
Under the senator's bill, a note from the child's parent or guardian would suffice as permission.  

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is pleased the Supreme Court has decided to uphold the Affordable Care Act.  Cuomo says President Obama's legislation will provide access to healthcare for more than one million New Yorkers.  The governor says his administration is moving forward with implementing the health insurance exchange that will help lower costs for New York businesses and make sure that uninsured New Yorkers have access to healthcare.

It appears an overwhelming majority of Republicans in New York State decided to stay home on primary day.  Of the over two-point-six-million registered Republicans in the State, only about five percent actually made it to the polls this past Tuesday.  
Analysts are blaming low turnout from both Democrats and Republicans for Tuesday's primaries on the switch this year from holding the primaries in September to June.
Low turnout was also evident in this week’s congressional primary in Western New York.
