A veteran Niagara Falls police officer will plead not guilty to any charge filed against her in connection with a fight at a Darien Lake concert last month.
Officer Kelly Alcorn appeared in Town of Darien Court yesterday with her lawyer.
She’s accused of punching out Elizabeth Dake of Farmington at the Jason Aldean concert.
The alleged fisty-cuffs flew during an argument among four women.
Officer Alcorn was originally charged with Harassment but Dake wants the charge elevated to a felony.
Alcon’s lawyer, Norman Effman of Warsaw, said the case will turn on the medical evidence:
"We are at the very beginning of our process of determining the evidence or lack thereof. The medical reports are crucial in this case as far as any alleged injuries and we simply don't know anything at this point other than the bold faced allegations which we deny."
Dake claims she suffered a concussion and missed nine days of work as a result of the fight.

A Batavia woman was sent to jail on several charges.
37-year-old Cynthia Owens of Buell Street was locked up last night after police say she forced her way into a Ross Street apartment, damaging the door, and hit the resident there in the presence of a child. Bail was set at $1,500.
