A Buffalo man has been accused of stealing from a LeRoy store.
Edward Clark allegedly exited the store with two boxes of diapers and 44 containers of baby formula – all worth over $700.
Clark was charged with one count of Petit Larceny and committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Through investigations and contacts, the LeRoy Police Department learned that people stealing these types of baby items re-sell them for cash.
