Batavia Police have made a second arrest in the alleged burglary of a local paint store.

Michael Elmore, 22, of Bank Street, Batavia, is charged with one count of felony burglary. He was jailed on $10,000 bail for allegedly breaking into Sherwin Williams on Liberty Street on June 1.

Police arrested and charged 21-year-old Rebecca Morse, also of Bank Street, with a felony on July 18. They said that, as an employee, she allegedly assisted the burglary by providing a key and information. Officers say she received some of the money from the burglary as well.

The investigation is ongoing.
