A Batavia man will serve one to three years hard time in state prison for leading police on a wild chase in August.
27-year-old Randy Rumble of State Street heard his sentence this morning. Rumble had pled guilty to Felony DWI charges in the late summer incident. Rumble fled from officers in Livingston and Genesee Counties, driving drunk the whole way, before he ran out of gas in Stafford.
Rumble also pays a $2,000 fine for his crimes. He’ll be required to install ignition interlocks on every car he may drive when he gets out of prison.
