LeRoy Teen now facing two counts of Rape.
17 year old Leonard Hahn of South Street Road LeRoy was arraigned in Attica Village Court yesterday on two counts of first degree Rape.
At least two victims under the age of 11 have substantiated the charges.
The first victim initially reported the incident to a school official and during the investigation additional victims came forward adding to the charges against Hahn.
Attica Police are seeking anyone with additional information or knowledge about other possible victims to also contact them.
One of the Class B Felonies Hahn is facing could land him in prison for up to 25 years, as long as he does not receive youthful offender status.
The Judge raised Hahn’s bail to $100,000 and he remains incarcerated in the Genesee County Jail.

West Main Street resident behind bars following a foot chase in Batavia.
33 year old Jonnie Waston of Batavia was wanted by New York State Parole and was seen walking on Swan Street in the City Tuesday afternoon.
Members of the Genesee County Drug Task Force followed Waston in a brief foot pursuit and took him into custody.
He was allegedly found in possession of crack cocaine and marijuana and was subsequently charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Waston is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail, and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on February 21st.

Batavia teenager charged for assault for breaking an inmate’s leg.
18 year old Davon St. John of Oak Street allegedly was involved in a physical altercation that resulted in a fractured leg to the victim while being held in the lower North Dorm of the Genesee County Jail.
St. John was charged with second degree Assault and bail was set at $10,000.

Darien man busted for using funny money.
33 year old Brian Lipinski of Richley Road in Darien is accused of using a counterfeit bill to pay for food that was being delivered to his residence.
Lipinski was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the First Degree.

Search efforts for the two missing snowmobilers in Livingston County have been halted as of yesterday.
The two men Christopher Copeland of Livonia and Jason Fluet of Rochester haven’t been seen since Friday and are believed to have fallen through the ice on Conesus Lake.
According to Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty search efforts will resume when the ice recedes further.
