Part-time Judge Durin Rogers won all three primaries on Tuesday to earn ballot positions on the Republican, Conservative and Independence party lines in the November general election for Batavia City Court Judge.
As the endorsed Democratic Party candidate Benjamin Bonarigo’s name will be listed on he Democratic Party line. There was no primary for the Democratic Party.
These are unofficial vote totals compiled by the Genesee County Board of Elections late Tuesday night:
