Elba Boy Scout Troop 6017 will hold a fundraiser at Denny's Restaurant, Main Street, Batavia, Wednesday, February 28, 4pm to 9pm.

The Richmond Memorial Library, 19 Ross Street, Batavia, will host a free Classical Guitar Concert, Wednesday, February 28, 7pm.  Two Eastman School of Music graduate students will perform.

Volunteer Registration for the Genesee County United Way Day of Caring opens Friday, March 2. Get your teams together and register for a day of working in our community. Go online to register or  for questions call Erik Fix at 343-8141.  Volunteer registration closed April 6th.

There will be a fund raiser at the Dibble Family Event Center, West Main Street Road, Batavia, Saturday, March 3, from noon to 5pm. Spaghetti and Meatball dinner will also be available. Proceeds benefit Melanoma Research and two local families.
