There will be a chicken bbq, Monday, May 30th, starting at 11:30am until sold out at the Byron Fire Hall, Rt. 262. Proceeds go toward the purchase of a new ambulance for the Byron Rescue Squad. Drive thru ONLY.

Civil War Days Celebration will conclude on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30, 2pm, with history and music by North South Skirmish Association at the Attica Historical Society Museum, and Forest Hill Cemetery.

Genesee County Master Gardeners will talk about " Playing in Dirt: Risks and Benefits", Thursday, June 2, at noon. The program is free, but reservations are required. Contact the Cornell Cooperative Extension for reservations and more information.

Batavia High School Tri-M Music Honor Society invites the public to the Willow Tree End of Year Celebration, Friday, June 3, 4pm to 6pm, under the willow tree at BHS. Bring your lawn chair.

City Church will host a pasta dinner to benefit a mission to Israel on Friday, June 3, from 6pm to 8pm in the Generation Center, 15 Center Street, Batavia. Take out or eat in.
