Byron Fire Department Family Friendly Open House will be held Saturday, April 28, from 11am to 3pm at the fire hall, Rte. 262.

Alabama Full Gospel Fellowship, Gravel Road, Rt. 63, will hold a chicken bbq, Saturday, April 28, Noon to sold out. Eat in, Drive Thru, or take out.

The Elba United Methodist Church, Chapel Street, will hold a ham and scalloped potato dinner, Saturday, April 28, 4pm to 6:30pm. Children under the age of 5 are free. Take outs available.

The Covington Methodist Church, 1557 Simmons Road, North of Perry, will hold their annual chicken bbq, Saturday, April 28, 4pm to 7pm. Take outs available.

Notre Dame High School will host a dodgeball tournament Saturday, April 28, 6pm to 9pm  at the school. Proceeds will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
