The theme for the Genesee Symphony Orchestra concert on Sunday, May 6, will be Romantic Masterpieces. Concert will be in the Elba Central School Auditorium, 4pm. Tickets available at the door.

Genesee County Women's Republican Club Spring Breakfast will be held Saturday, May 19, 9am to 11am, at Ascension Parish Hall, 15 Sumner Street, Batavia. Reservations needed by Monday, May 7th. RSVP email to Msmith1548@frontiernet.net or call Melissa at 314-4501 for more information.  

The free opening reception for the Batavia Society of Artists Spring Art Show will be held at the Richmond Memorial Library Gallery Room, Tuesday, May 8th, 6:30pm to 8pm.

Speak again, speak like rain. An evening of words, Friday, May 11, 7pm to 9pm at Moon Java Cafe, 56 Harvester Avenue, Batavia.

Saturday, May 12, your local postal carriers will collect nonperishable food items when they delivery your mail to help Stamp our hunger. Just leave a bag of your donations near your mailbox.
