Friends of the Richmond Memorial Library, 19 Ross Street, Batavia, will host their monthly book sale, Thursday, June 7, 9am to 7pm.   A large selection of mysteries, science fiction, large prints, cookbooks, biographies, novels and children's books will be available.

The Downtown Batavia Public Market opens for the season on Friday, June 8th, on Bank and Alva Place in Downtown Batavia. Market open from 9am to 4pm, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, June thru October.

All Babies Cherished 4th annual 5K race and walk will be held Saturday, June 9, with registration starting at 8am; race start 9am at Northgate Free Methodist Church, South Campus, 350 Bank Street, Batavia.
