Genesee County Health Dept. will offer a free anti rabies immunization clinic Thursday, August 15, 4pm to 7pm, at the Genesee County Fairgrounds, East Main Street, Batavia. Dogs, Cats, Ferrets, must be accompanied by an adult who can control the animal. Voluntary donations accepted.

LeRoy Rotary will be collecting food items for the backpack program Saturday, August 17, 9am to 3pm, in the Sav A Lot parking lot, LeRoy. The backpack program helps to ensure children have something to eat while not at school.

Hogs for Paws will be hosted by Stan's Harley Davidson, W. Saille Drive, Batavia, Saturday, August 17, 10am to 3pm. Help the animals of Genesee County, bring a wish list item to the event. (Paper towels, dog and cat food, liter, towels, etc)
