Genesee County Master Gardeners will discuss Hell Strip Plantings in the next Garden Talk Series, Thursday, May 2, 12:15pm, at the Cornell Cooperative Extension. The Hell Strip is the area between the street and the sidewalk. Talk is free and open to the public. Bring your lunch.
Genesee County Health Dept. will offer a free anti Rabies immunization clinic, Thursday, May 2, 4pm to 7pm. at the Pembroke Highway Dept., Corner Rt. 5 & 77. Each dog, cat, or ferret must be accompanied by an adult who can control it. Voluntary donations accepted.
Eastman School of Music graduate students will present a classical guitar and Chinese Pipa Music concert, Thursday, May 2, 7pm, at the Richmond Memorial Library, 19 Ross Street, Batavia.
St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Rt. 5, Stafford, will host a rummage and bake goods sale, Friday, May 3, 9am to 3pm and on Saturday, May 4, from 9am to noon.
