United Way Day of Caring
Registration is now open for the United Way Day of Caring to be held in Genesee County on May 22. If you would like to help out to complete projects contact Tammy at the United Way for registration and more information.
Office for the Aging Activities
Genesee County Office for the Aging holds weekly activities for Exercise, Bridge, Cribbage, Euchre, Line Dancing, Quilters, and Art. Call the office , 343-1611, for more information and times. New participants always welcome.Other program offerings include information on Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Caregiver Support groups, and grief following caregiving.
K9 Destro Memorial Fundraising
K9 Destro died from cancer in October, ending his 5 year career with the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.
