A weekend ATV accident turns fatal today.
51 year old Robert Boyce of East Pembroke died early this morning at ECMC in Buffalo.
Mr. Boyce was injured yesterday when his ATV failed to negotiate a curve on a trail near Hartshorn Road.
Deputies say alcohol use and speed may be contributing factors.

Batavia Downs celebrating today as they are one step closer to being able to offer betting on spots beyond horse racing.
The U.S. Supreme Court has struck down the 1992 federal law that prohibited gambling on Professional and Amateur sports.

Batavia police investigating an assault near Central Avenue and Jackson Street.
Police said the fight happened about 11:30 last night.
Four people were hurt in the fracas, one has been admitted to the hospital with serious injuries.

23 year old Victoria Young was sentenced to 5 years in state prison and 10 years post release supervision.
Young was accused of videotaping a sex act between a 4 year old and an adult.

Chuck Knox has died at the age of 86 after a long battle with dementia.
He coached Buffalo from 1978 to 1982.
