An irreplaceable WBTA personality has passed

Wayne Fuller a former announcer on WBTA has passed.
Wayne passed away this morning while at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester following a number of recent health problems.
He worked on and off at WBTA beginning in 1967 and was a permanent fixture on WBTA for the past two decades.
While talking with Lucine Kauffman on WBTA’s Genesee Life Program Wayne remembers how he got started at WBTA way back in 1967…
He was 70 years old.
Announcements were entrusted to H.E. Turner and Company Funeral Home in Batavia.
