Batavia resident picked up in Tennesse on Burglary charge

26 year old Dylan Perry of Kingsbury Ave Batavia was located in Manchester Tennesse and then extradited back to New York.
Perry was accused of unlawfully entering a business on Broadway Road in Darien and stealing money last December.
He was arrested and charged with third degree Burglary and Petit Larceny and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail pending further proceedings.
