City Bureau of Maintenance: Resurfacing Postponed/Rain Delay

Date: 6/10/19

Subject: Resurfacing Clinton Park, Fordham Drive, Eugene Street and Holmes Avenue – Postponed due to rain on June 10th. This has pushed the contractor back a day on other scheduled work. The work on these streets will begin on Wednesday June 12th.

Clinton Park, Fordham Drive, Eugene Street and Holmes Avenue will experience a road closures to all through traffic on Wednesday, June 12 from 7 AM to 5 PM for the installation of an intermediate reinforced pavement layer.

On Friday, June 14 between 7 AM and 5 PM these streets will be closed to all through traffic for the installation of the wearing surface layer.

Residents of Clinton Park, Fordham Drive, Eugene Street and Holmes Avenue will be able to access their properties but may experience delays as paving operations progress up and down the streets.

All residents within the work area are asked not to park on the roadway during the day.

This is weather dependent work. If work is postponed it shall progress next work day.

The work originally scheduled to start June 10th will be postponed due to the forecasted weather and will begin tomorrow.

Naramore Drive will experience a road closure to all through traffic on TUESDAY, JUNE 11 from 7 AM to 5 PM for the installation of an intermediate reinforced pavement layer.

On THURSDAY, JUNE 13 between 7 AM and 5 PM Naramore Drive will be closed to all through traffic for the installation of the wearing surface layer.

Residents of Naramore Drive will be able to access their properties but may experience delays as paving operations progress up and down the street.
