A LeRoy man jailed following a domestic incident.
35 year old Mikhail MacPherson of Gully Road is accused of preventing his victim from leaving the home and using their phone to call for help.
MacPherson is charged with Menacing and unlawful imprisonment.
The investigation is underway into what happened moments before a deadly motorcycle crash in Henrietta.
Witnesses told police the motorcyclist may have been speeding before hitting a car at the intersection of East Henrietta Road and Lehigh Station Road last night.
That person, whose name hasn’t been released, was taken to the hospital but later died. Police do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.

This one spotted in a cornfield in the Town of Alabama.
Chris Brush said he was on his way to church yesterday morning with his family when the bear lumbered across Judge Road between Gorton and Maple.

Governor Cuomo is continuing to criticize President Trump.
During a speech in Brooklyn, Cuomo called Trump’s America one of division and intolerance. The governor raised eyebrows last week while questioning Trump for his opinions and track record on women’s rights and immigrants before claiming America was never that great.
