A Florida man is facing a 19 count felony indictment in Wyoming County for allegedly attacking two brothers in Middlebury.
39 year old Michael Finch is accused in last week’s attack on a 28 year old Middlebury man and his 13 year old brother.
The indictment alleges the two were stabbed with a butcher knife and meat cleaver.
The boy and his brother were able to fend off Finch’s attack but not before being slashed and stabbed by the intruder dozens of times.
The assault left the brothers hospitalized in intensive care with wounds covering their upper bodies including their heads.

A Bergen woman is behind bars as a bad baby-sitter
46 year old Christina Wass of Bergen was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a complaint received Tuesday night.
Deputies said Wass left a 5 year old child alone, unsupervised while she supposed to be watching and caring for the child.
Wass was jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail.
An Orleans County woman facing a felony fraud charge.
State Police out of Albion report the arrest of 41 year old Bobbi Bane of Lyndonville following investigation into an alleged fraud that occurred in Albion in July of this year.
Troopers arrested her last week and she was charged with a Class E Felony count of offering a False Instrument for Filing.
The Muckdogs take two out of three against the West Virginia Black Bears. The dogs beat the bears 9 to 3 last night.
