There is no evidence that Russia, or any other foreign government, has tried to interfere with Genesee County Elections.
However, New York State has suggested a computer security scheme that could cost local taxpayers at least 20-thousand dollars.

Zimmer says that at a minimum the state is likely to order counties to completely separate elections computers from the main county computer network.
25 year old Brandon Matteson of Ellicott Street Road in Pavilion has been arrested on child endangerment charges. The arrest of Matteson came following a reported domestic incident at his home.

The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office reporting that two dogs from the county animal shelter have graduated from the Canine Training Program.
That program teams inmates from the Albion Correctional Facility with dogs that may not have been prime candidates for adoption without the training.
The two dogs that graduated this week, named Princess and Penny, are available for adoption at the Orleans County Animal Shelter.
Undersheriff Chris Bourke described the program as a win for the animals and the inmates.
The NFL has released the 2019 regular season schedule for the Buffalo Bills.
The team will play its first two games on the road against the New York Jets and New York Giants.
Their home opener will be on September 22nd against the Cincinnati Bengals.
And for the first time since 1994, the Bills will play on Thanksgiving when they travel to take on the Dallas Cowboys.
