The Batavia Muckdogs are in the NYP League playoffs for the first time since 2013.
Tickets for the first playoff game tomorrow night are on sale today at the Dwyer Stadium box office.
The Dogs host the Lowell Spinners in a best of three series.
Thursday night’s game will be in Lowell as will the Friday game, if necessary.
All playoff games, home and away, will be heard here on WBTA.

A Pennsylvania man died from injuries he suffered in a motorcycle crash in Alexander over the weekend.
65 year old Frank Eckart of Saegertown, Pennsylvania was killed on Saturday when he apparently lost control of his Harley Davidson on Broadway Road,
A 61 year old passenger on the motorcycle was taken to ECMC.

What Batavia Police term a domestic incident has put a Judge Road man behind bars.
33 year old Andrew Rock was charged with trying to strangle a woman at her North Spruce Street homme on Labor Day.
Rock was jailed without bail.

The New York State Fair has smashed another attendance record. Officials say over one-point-three million people visited this year’s fair. Attendees from 28 states and six European countries made the trek to Syracuse over the fair’s 13-day run.
