Gasoline prices are rising in Western New York.
According to Triple A, the average cost for a gallon of regular gas is two-74. That’s up 5-cents in the last week, but is a 3-cent drop in the last month. Gas Buddy.com reports the average prices of a gallon of regular in Batavia is $2.75.

From the campaign trail: Durin Rogers picks up what he termed a “crucial” endorsement today from New York State Police Investigators Association.
Rogers is a part-time city court judge, he is seeking the position of full-time judge this November.
The investigators association represents about 2,000 active and retired State Police investigators across the state.

A Batavia man arrested for assaulting a woman in the Town of Alabama.
48 year old Kevin Weber was collared by State Police last night for allegedly assaulting and choking a woman.
Weber is facing felony charges and was jailed without bail

Frank Gore ran in for the go-ahead touchdown with 1:50 to play as the Bills slipped past the Bengals 21-17 at New Era Field.
Josh Allen finished 23-of-36 for 243 yards, a TD and an interception for the Bills.
