David Wiley
An Orleans County man has been charged with criminally negligent homicide in the carbon monoxide deaths of a Kendall mother and son last month.
39 year old David Wiley of Kendall turned himself last night.
He has been charged in connection with the deaths of Joan Gilman and her 14 year old son RJ.

Undersheriff Christopher Bourke
Orleans County Undersheriff Christopher Bourke said Wiley was a caretaker for the apartment in which the Gilman’s lived.
Bourke said Wiley ran the generator that poisoned Joan and her son
The electricity to the Gilman’s home had been shut off by National Grid.
Wiley reportedly ran the generator for 17 hours.
He is being he;ld in the Orleans County Jail in lieu of 25-hundred dollars bail.
A Batavia couple has won a million dollars after playing a New York Lottery scratch-off ticket.
27 year old Marquele Tomlin and his girlfriend Amber Blackshear decided to split a lump sum payment of 800-thosuand dollars.
That will result in a cash payment, after withholding taxes, of 269-thousand dollars each. The couple said they had dated for eight years but broke up for a while.
The day they got back together was the day they won the million bucks.
A Wind Advisory has been posted for Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming Counties until 11 tonight.
