A Mount Morris sex offender is accused of violating terms of his parole.

Terri Todd Havens served 13 years in prison for sexually abusing a five year girl. Police say Havens recently posted an ad on Craigslist looking for a personal aide. Accessing the internet is a parole violation.

A Batavia woman has been indicted on 19 felony charges for allegedly bilking her employer out of more than 3-thousand dollars.
46 year old Darcia Golda of West Main Street is accused defrauding the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Batavia between October of 2016 and September of 2017.
Prosecutors say Golda falsified return slips on numerous occasions in order to steal from the store.

A Batavia man is jailed for allegedly making threats to kill somebody.
21 year old Tyshon Taylor is charged with menacing and locked up on $2,500 bail.
