In Orleans county 15.7 thousand people are vaccinated. In Genesee county 25.5 thousand people are vaccinated. There are 3 total active cases in Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming Counties. 2 are in Wyoming County and 1 is in Orleans county.
37 year old Spencer Hart of Albion has been indicted on 3 counts of distribution of Child pornography and one count of possession of child porn. Prosecutors allege Hart distributed child porn last year on the dates of March 17, June 21 and June 22. On July 16, he was allegedly in possession of a hard drive that contained a child porn image. If convicted, Hart faces 15 to 40 years in prison. He was previously convicted of possession of child pornography at the state level.
