GCC Athletics Update: Men’s Soccer

The No. 3 Genesee Community College men’s soccer team recorded its second-consecutive shutout win over host Onondaga Community College 4-0 Oct. 16.
Rodrigo Albuquerque led the team with a pair of goals and increased his nation-leading point total at the Division III level.
Anthony Harman also scored with the other Cougar goal scored by the opposititon.
Leo Anthony and Ed Port registered assists in the victory, while Adrian Bergman and Matthies Meyer split the shutout with each playing a half.
Genesee completes its regular season with its next home game Oct. 20 against visiting Broome with a 3 p.m. start.
