According to Interim City Manager and Director of Public Works in Batavia Matt Worth, overdue repairs to the City Centre in Downtown Batavia are right around the corner.
Worth appeared on WBTA’s Main and Center program this morning where he spoke about the repair process moving forward.
Worth also touched on the proposed projects being presented to the city’s planning committee in response to the 10 million dollar Downtown Revitalization Initiative funds awarded to Batavia by the State last year.
The planning committee for the Downtown Revitalization Initiative is holding the second public open house tonight in city hall starting at 7 pm.
A review of the proposed projects will be presented.
