Governor Andrew Cuomo says that eight hospital workers are being tested in Westchester County, following the latest confirmed cases of coronavirus. The workers are all employees of New York Presbyterian-Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville, where a 50-year-old New Rochelle man first received treatment, before he was diagnosed and transferred to a Manhattan hospital. That man’s son is a student at Yeshiva University in New York City, where classes have been cancelled through Friday. The New Rochelle man’s wife, daughter, and neighbor have all tested positive for COVID-19 as well, and they’re being kept in isolation. This makes six confirmed cases of coronavirus in New York State.
