NYSP: Albion Senior killed in one car roll-over accident

SP Albion- On June 18, 2019, at 12:13 A.M., Orleans County 911 dispatched Troopers to a rollover collision on Eagle Harbor Road in the town of Albion. Further investigation revealed that the 2008 Chevrolet Impala occupied by four males left the east shoulder going into the ditch becoming airborne, striking a utility pole with the roof. One of the passengers was pronounced at the scene, Brennan M. Moody, 17 of Kent, NY. The 18-year-old operator and front passenger were treated for injuries at Strong Memorial Hospital. Mercy Flight took the other 17-year-old rear passenger to Erie County Medical Center for serious injuries. Excessive speed believed to be a factor in this collision.
Moody is a senior at Albion High School. The School will contact families and provide grief sharing for students and families.
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation, NYSP Collision Reconstruction Unit and the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office assisted in this investigation.
This is still an ongoing investigation.
