NYSP: LeRoy woman arrested for DWI after property damage accident

On December 9th, 2018, Troopers responded to a property damage accident on Bryon Road in the town of Stafford. While interviewing LaPaglia troopers detected obvious signs of intoxication. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene and was placed under arrest. Troopers also located marijuana in LaPaglia’s vehicle. She was then transported to SP Batavia for processing where she recorded a .13% BAC.
LaPaglia was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Stafford Town Court later this month.
