Owens produces NYSS Night of Champions video

Batavia, NY — Howard Owens, who is the Publisher and Editor of the online news source The Batavian, produced a compilation highlight video of the $1.8 million New York Sire Stakes Night of Champions that was held at Batavia Downs on Saturday night (Sept. 14). It features many great shots of the track, the fans, the horses and also includes several interviews from participants of the night’s activities.
Howard Owens is originally from San Diego, California where he started his journalism career over 20 years ago. He launched The Batavian on May 1, 2008 as the first local, independently operated online-only news source for Batavia, New York and Genesee County. Since its inception 11-years ago it has become Genesee County’s most popular online news site.
