Rochester resident jailed without bail after being busted with drugs on Bank Street

Batavia Police made a drug bust on Bank Street that ended with a Rochester man behind bars.
35 year old Joseph Ruise of North Clinton Street Rochester was arrested on multiple counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance for allegedly possessing a quantity of three separate controlled substances’.
Ruise was remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
