Rochester resident under arrest after report of an aggressive person at a Perry business

21 year old Nathan Arieno was taken into custody following report of an aggressive male at a business in Perry.
Arieno was allegedly found to be in possession of drugs and drug packaging materials and was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail and is slated to appear in Perry Village Court on June 19th.
