Runner Identified in Fatal Car – Pedestrian Accident

State Police have now identified the female jogger was struck and killed on Townline Road in Bergen.
25 year old Kara G. Hall of Bergen was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before Noon yesterday.
The driver of the car, 28 year old David Yulfo was traveling east on Townline Road, Route 262, when he crossed over into the eastbound lane and onto the shoulder, striking the woman. Yulfo’s car then continued traveling off the road striking a fire hydrant and then a tree. He was taken to Strong Hospital with minor injuries.
Troopers say their investigation continues.
About seven hours later, along the same highway, another deadly accident. A car driven by driven by 25 year old Elijah Coombs of Oakfield slammed into a utility pole.
Coombs pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers were injured, one seriously.
26 year old Jamie Bachorski of Oakfield had to be flown to Strong Memorial by Mercy Flight.
