Former Stafford Resident Sentenced for Stealing Credit Card

56 year old Jonathan Seiger formerly of Stafford was indicted on 18 counts in February of last year for allegedly taking and using a female acquaintances’ debit card.
Seiger and his former roommate and co-defendant in the case Scott Spencer were accused of possessing and using the card at an ATM machine to withdraw over
$1,600 in August of 2016.
Seiger was sentenced in Genesee County Court yesterday to five years’ probation and ordered to pay restitution.
