Sibling faces felony in overdose death of an Oakfield woman

29 year old Daniel Wells of Royalton has been charged with criminally negligent homicide in the overdose death of his sister 34 year old Christyna Wells of Oakfield.
According to investigators Wells was with his sister in Niagara Falls on November 10th when she suffered from a drug overdose.
He allegedly drove with her for nearly an hour to a Ridge Road address in Royalton before seeking medical attention for his sister.
Wells is behind bars without bail in the Niagara County Jail on unrelated charges.
