State Street woman held without bail for taking tenants rent

30 year old Jessica Deridder was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny for an alleged incident in April where she is accused of stealing another State Street tenant’s rent money when she was expected to pay it to the landlord.
Deridder was jailed without bail and is expected back in Batavia City Court this afternoon.
