Travel Advisory Lifted in Wyoming County
Written by Dan Fischer on January 31, 2019
Effective January 31, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., Wyoming County Sheriff Gregory J. Rudolph has lifted the Travel Advisory.
The Patrol Division handled over twenty weather related accidents, but thankfully there were no injuries or fatalities.
The Communications Division received (55) 911 calls and (245) non 911 calls from 11:00 a.m. yesterday to 12:45 p.m. today.
Please continue to use caution as our Wyoming County “normal” for a January day still presents hazards especially on the windy north/south roads. Thank you to our community for adhering to the advisory and allowing the Highway Departments / DOT to work safely and efficiently, which in turn made it safe for all the first responders.
