Troopers make DWI arrest after avoiding a collision in Pembroke

State Police in Batavia arrested 23 year old Alexander Koch of Buffalo for DWI and failure to stop or yield at an intersection after he reportedly made a left turn from Snipery Road onto Route 33 in Pembroke.
Koch allegedly failed to yield and pulled out in front of a patrol car causing the Trooper to make evasive maneuvers to avoid a collision shortly after midnight on Sunday.
Koch was taken into custody after failing several field sobriety tests and was released with appearance tickets returnable to the town of Pembroke Court for June.
