Voters in school districts across Genesee County on Tuesday will decide budgets for the coming year.
In the Batavia City School District, the largest in the county, a budget of 52-million dollars goes to a vote.
The financial plan carries a tax levy increase of just under 2.4 percent.
Three incumbent school board members are running for re-election, unopposed.
Voting in Batavia takes place Tuesday from 7am to 9pm at Robert Morris building and Batavia High School.
Genesee County’s remaining seven public school districts also will be holding budget votes on Tuesday.

A Medina man is locked up following a domestic incident in the Town of Alabama.
33 year old Christopher Doxey is facing four charges following a report of domestic violence in a home on Lewiston Road early Friday morning.

A Batavia man has been charged with Drunk Driving following a crash in the Town of Byron.
23 year old John-Paul Dougherty of Tracy Avenue was charged early Saturday morning
Dougherty was also charged with suspected pot possession.
