WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED…
* WHAT…Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
25 below zero expected.
* WHERE…Northern Erie and Genesee counties.
* WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The cold wind chills could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
