Fatal Livingston County crash victim is identified.
Police have identified the man killed in a car versus pedestrian accident in Livonia.
62 year old David Clements died Thursday night when he was hit by a car as he walked in the roadway of Main Street in Livonia.
Witnesses at the scene performed CPR on Clements, but he was unresponsive.
No charges have been placed against the driver.
Taxes could be going down in the Town of LeRoy, with a cut to their ambulance service.
According to Supervisor Steve Barbeau the Town of Le Roy is not planning to spend $40,000 next year to support Le Roy Ambulance.

According to the proposed budget Le Roy residents would see their town property tax rate dip from 90 to 85 cents.
The town budget for Le Roy is around $1.4 million for 2019 which town board members are expected to go through in detail at their meeting on Sept. 27th.

She was able to defeat fellow Democrat and New York City Councilman Jumaane Williams in that party’s primary.

Two men are dead following a boating accident in Alden.
Troopers say 62 year old Paul Nowak and 71 year old Russell Bolognese were fishing in a rowboat when craft overturned.
Even though witnesses quickly pulled the men from the water, they couldn’t be saved.
Neither man was wearing a life jacket.
