Sheriff’s Office Release their latest list of wanted suspects.
The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office has sent out their latest round of suspects they are looking to round up on arrest warrants.
The most recent list includes 32 year old Robert Boggs with a last known address in Johnson City, Tennessee who is wanted on a bench warrant for assault along with 30 year old Lawrence Boggs, also of Johnson City, Tennessee who is wanted for DWI and DWI with drugs out of Batavia Town Court.

The Sheriff’s Office asks that if you locate one of these suspects, do not approach them and to call the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies bust a Batavia man for stealing tools from his employer.
59 year old Willis Floyd Miller Jr. of West Main Street has been arrested and charged with petit larceny.
He was apprehended Thursday and arraigned in Pembroke Town Court for allegedly stealing tools belonging to his former employer on Genesee Street in Pembroke back in December of last year.
He was released with an appearance ticket for April 30th in Pembroke Town Court.
Two Hamburg residents face charges of child endangerment and conspiracy following an incident in Alabama.
39 year old Matthew Oakes and 24 year old Kailyn Oakes were arrested by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies after investigation into several incidents of theft from the Two Eagles Smoke Shop on Bloomingdale Road in Alabama.
The couple was accused of stealing several cartons of cigarettes on three separate occasions while they had their small child accompany them.
Both are facing three counts each of Petit Larceny, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Conspiracy and both were given appearance tickets for Alabama Town Court on May 8th.
An Akron man arrested over twice the legal limit after crashing in Pembroke.
51 year old Michael Vanburen of Akron is facing counts of Aggravated DWI, Moving from a Lane Unsafely and Speeding following investigation into a motor vehicle crash on Knapp Road in Pembroke.
Vanburen recorded a blood alcohol content over .18% which is more than twice the legal limit.
He was released with an appearance ticket for May 14th in Pembroke Town Court.
Congressman Chris Collins has released his latest fundraising report.
It shows he raised five-thousand dollars between January and March.
All of the money was donated by Republican campaign committees.
Collins hasn’t said yet if he’ll run for another term in office next year.
He’s currently awaiting trial after being arrested on insider trading charges.
