Batavia Woman busted for drunk driving

30 year old Allea Devos of Prospect Street in Batavia was stopped on Ellicott Street in the city on New Year’s Eve night.
She was stopped for allegedly failing to dim her headlights and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated along with Refusing to take a Breath Test.
Devos was arraigned in City Court and released on her own recognizance with appearance tickets.
