The brother of a 34 year old Oakfield woman has been charged with criminally negligent homicide in his sister’s death.
29 year old Daniel Wells of Royalton is accused in the overdose death of his sister, 34 year old Christyna Wells of Oakfield.
Authorities say Wells was with his sister in Niagara Falls last November 10th when she suffered a drug overdose.
Investigators say Wells drove with his sister for nearly an hour before seeking medical attention for Christyna.
Wells is in the Niagara County Jail on unrelated charges.
The Batavia Muckdogs will be back on the radio this summer.
The Muckdogs and WBAT announced today that all Muckdogs home games will be broadcast on WBTA AM and FM all season long, beginning with the home-opener on June 18th.
